In a recent interview with EDGE Gavin Cheshire described his loath for Sony's Portable gaming device. As Cheshire describes himself as a person who has bought a PSP in the past he goes on to emphasize his dismay with the device:
"Well, speaking as a person who bought a PSP, the problem was that I always thought, because it was a better screen than iPod's, that I'd be doing more with it. But it was such a bollocking useless waste of space; just getting stuff on it was ridiculous. That was its downfall."
Considering that Codemasters release their last PSP game only in November, this is cutting criticism indeed. Cheshire describes their their prospective on the product delivered on the PSP with F1 2009 as: "didn't do too badly".
