No XFX GTX 480/470

Seems XFX have decided not to release any of the new high end nVidia cards and will concentrate on Ati cards for the time been. Pictures shown in past blog are real which makes this even more interesting.
Interestingly it points out XFX will continue budget cards from nVidia which (Not mentioned in this article) are supposed to be the GTS 430, 440 and 450.

    Shows quite a lack of faith in the new nVidia hardware alright. With ATI leading the charge in performance at the moment it must be said it is worrying times for the nVidia folks

    Yeah it's not looking good for nVidia and their attempt to launch the cards at €450 seems to have really back fired, probably the fault of the nVidia partners but looks bad either way.
    Also Ati might be releasing new chips this summer.
